Most jobs are a flat $84.99–$284.99. You send photos of what needs moving and we send a quote up front — you approve the price before anything's booked. No hourly meter and no hidden fees: the price is fixed for the job you describe, and the only thing that changes it is if it turns out materially different, which we'd talk through and agree with you first.

The usual factors are how many heavy or awkward pieces there are, stairs and tight doorways, long carries from the truck or curb, and how much time it'll take two people. A single item down one flight sits near the low end; a full room cleared from a second floor with a narrow staircase sits nearer the top. The photos let us price all of that up front — the price is fixed for the job you show us, and only changes if the job turns out materially different, which we'd agree with you first.

You pay when the job's done — nothing up front, no deposit. We take Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or credit card — whatever's easiest. Venmo, Cash App and Zelle are free; any Credit or Debit Card adds up to 3% to cover the processor's cost. You approve the flat price before we start, and it's fixed for the job you described — the only thing that would change it is the job turning out materially different than you told us, which we'd agree with you first.

Yes — seniors 65 and over get 10% off. It's applied on the day of the job, not online: just show a valid photo ID (driver's license, passport or state ID) proving you're 65 or over, and we'll take 10% off your flat price on the spot.

Internal / labor moves inside your home, office or business — anything that needs shifting up, down, or around a property. Between floors, room to room, garage and storage shuffles, unloading pods, staging Marketplace pickups, office rearranges, and full house or estate clear-outs. Mostly internal moves within your place — but need a truck or a full move too? Just ask, and we'll help or point you the right way.

Yes. Alongside homes we handle internal office and commercial jobs across metro Atlanta — rearranging a floor, shifting desks and filing, clearing a suite, loading a container. Same deal: send photos, get a fixed quote before anything's booked, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request. Add your company name in the booking's business section and we'll invoice the business.

The counties around Atlanta — Cobb, Cherokee, Bartow, Pickens, Gwinnett, Forsyth and DeKalb, plus North Fulton and Buckhead. Towns like Marietta, Smyrna, Alpharetta, Roswell, Canton, Woodstock, Kennesaw, Cumming, Duluth and Cartersville. We can't take jobs out of state; the booking form flags an address outside our range.

Two easy ways: just send your job and a photo and we text back a flat price with the next open times (most people do this), or pick a morning (9–2) or afternoon (3–8) window right away. Either way, nothing's locked until we've talked and you approve the price. Normal jobs need about 48 hours' notice; if you need it sooner, turn on Priority (a 50% surcharge) to see same-day and next-day openings.

Of course. Give us at least 24 hours' written notice (a text or email is fine) to move or cancel — no charge, and we'll do the same for you. If you've reserved a specific time slot and then cancel or reschedule it inside 24 hours, there's a $25 late-cancellation fee; a quote request with no held time has nothing to cancel. Life happens — talk to us.

Yes — someone 18 or older needs to be on site to point things out and let us in. Clear a path where you can, and flag anything especially fragile or valuable in advance (or move it yourself).

That's exactly why we ask for photos and a quick description — your flat price is locked to the job you show us. If the crew arrives and it's genuinely bigger or trickier than that, we stop and talk it through, and agree any change with you before we lift a thing — you can go ahead at the revised price, reschedule, or walk away, no pressure. As long as the job matches what you described, the number doesn't move.

Yes — we're insured, and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for a building or HOA that needs one; just ask when you book. We work with dollies, straps and moving blankets and treat your place like our own — after 30 years, that care is the whole job. If something isn't right, tell us straight away and we'll do right by you. (We're a labor-only crew, so we don't carry separate goods-in-transit/cargo insurance — but the cover is there, and so is our reputation.)
