Do you charge by the hour or a flat rate?
Flat rate. You get one firm price from a photo before we book — no hourly meter and no 2-hour minimum. Most jobs are $84.99–$284.99.
Is there a minimum charge for movers?
We have no hourly minimum. Jobs start at $84.99, so a quick single-item move costs what a quick job should — not the 2–3 hour minimum most hourly movers require.
How much does it cost to move a couch upstairs?
A couch upstairs is typically near the bottom of our $84.99–$284.99 range. Send a photo and we'll confirm the exact flat price before you commit.
Are there any hidden or surprise fees?
No hidden fees and no hourly meter — the flat price you approve from your photos is the whole price, with the crew, dollies, straps and blankets all included, and no upcharge for the stairs or difficulty you showed us. The one thing that can change it is if the job turns out materially different from what you described when we arrive — and even then we'd talk it through and agree any new price with you before starting, so you're never surprised at the door.
How much to unload a POD?
Most POD unloads run $84.99–$284.99 flat, depending on how full the container is and any stairs. A packed, full-size container (more than 10 pieces) runs past the flat range — $10–$15 per extra piece, boxes don't count, quoted from your photos up front. One price either way, often same-day around your pickup deadline.
