Most hourly movers and labor marketplaces run a 2–3 hour minimum and stack on add-ons. We agree one flat price for the job— that’s the whole difference.

How much does it cost to unload a POD?
Most POD unloads are a flat $84.99–$284.99, depending on how full the container is and whether items go upstairs. A packed, full-size container (more than 10 pieces) runs past the flat range — each piece after the 10th is $10–$15, and boxes don't count. You send photos and we send a firm price up front, agreed before we start. Either way it's one price, not an hourly minimum.
Can you come same-day before my POD gets picked up?
Often yes. POD deadlines are why people call us — send a photo and your pickup date and we'll get you on the schedule, usually same or next day.
Which container brands do you unload?
All of them — PODS, SmartBox, 1-800-Pack-Rat, U-Box, U-Pack, ReloCubes. The job's the same whoever dropped the box.
Will you carry things into the right rooms?
Yes. We carry each item where it goes — bedroom, upstairs, garage — not just dump it inside the front door.
Do you also load PODs?
Yes. If you're sending a container out, we'll load it tight and secure so nothing shifts. Same flat $84.99–$284.99 range.
