Metro Atlanta · labor-only moving help
Loading & unloading help for your rental truck
You rent the truck and do the drive; we bring the muscle. Load it tight so nothing shifts, or unload it fast when you've just pulled into town. A truck takes a good part of a day, so we quote these by phone and set the time aside properly.
Quoted on a call · one firm price up front · insured, COI on request · no deposit — you pay when it’s done · 30+ years
What you get
- You rent the truck, we bring the muscle — load it tight or unload it fast (one end, not both)
- Works with U-Haul, Penske, Budget and any rental
- Quoted by phone, not by the hour — one firm price, no 2-hour minimum like the marketplaces
- We pack the truck properly so nothing shifts or breaks in transit
- Book the local crew direct instead of going through U-Haul Moving Help
One firm price, no surprises
No 2-hour minimum. No junk fees.
Most hourly movers and labor marketplaces run a 2–3 hour minimum and stack on add-ons. We agree one price for the job before we start— that’s the whole difference.
- No 2-hour minimumMost hourly crews bill a 2–3 hour block even for a 30-minute job. You pay for the actual job, not a chunk of time.
- No trip fee or fuel surchargeThe flat number we quote is the number — nothing added for showing up or for gas.
- No stair or heavy-item feeStairs, a tight doorway, an awkward carry — priced into the flat number up front, never billed on top.
- One price for the job you describeFixed before anything's booked. It only changes if the job on the day is materially different than you described — and we agree that with you first.

Common questions
Straight answers
Can I hire movers just to load my U-Haul?
Yes — loading-only (or unloading-only) is a standard job for us, and the price is for that one end, not both. You handle the truck and the drive; we handle the heavy lifting. Give us a call and we will quote it — no hourly minimum.
Do you load Penske and Budget trucks too?
Any rental truck. The job's the same — we load it tight and balanced so your belongings ride safely.
How much does truck loading help cost?
It depends on the size of the truck, how much is in it and any stairs, so we quote it on the phone and give you one firm price up front — never a per-hour meter. If you only need a few heavy pieces taken off the truck rather than the whole load, that can often be done at our flat rate instead.
Is this cheaper than U-Haul Moving Help?
Usually — the marketplaces charge an hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum and take a cut. We are the local crew, booked direct, so you are not paying for a middleman or a minimum you did not use.
Can you do same-day?
Often yes, especially for unloading when you've just pulled into town. Send your details and we'll fit you in as fast as we can.
